By completing a registration form for your child, they will be able to attend either regular sessions or adhoc sessions. You will need to complete one form per child you wish to register with us. There is a one off registration fee of £20 for one child or £30 per family. Forms can be handed into Clavering School reception, dropped into the Christian Centre (during opening hours), handed to a member of Willows staff or returned to our office address.
